tell you how to decline further unsolicited email. From time to time Fusion Beauty

7. Disclosure of Your Personal Information - Fusion Beauty may disclose your personal
information in the following circumstances:
(i) Disclosure to Service Providers - In order to process transactions, Fusion Beauty

are different entities, but have a close business relationship. Fusion Beauty may

Fragrance Inc. to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and provide
you with information regarding its products and services. Dlish Fragrance Inc. has
agreed with Fusion Beauty to protect the privacy of your personal information in
a manner that is consistent with this Policy. If at any time you do not wish Fusion
Beauty to make any further disclosure of your personal information to Dlish Fragrance
Inc., please notify Fusion Beauty at info@lipfusion.com.
(iii) Disclosure to Dessert Beauty. - Fusion Beauty and Dessert Beauty are different
entities, but have a close business relationship. Fusion Beauty may disclose your
personal information to Dessert Beauty in order to enable Fusion Beauty to provide
you with the best possible shopping experience and provide you with information
regarding its products and services. Dessert Beauty has agreed with Fusion Beauty
to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent
with this Policy. If at any time you do not wish Fusion Beauty to make any further
disclosure of your personal information to Dessert Beauty, please notify Fusion
Beauty at info@lipfusion.com.
(iv) Disclosure to Sephora - Fusion Beauty and Sephora are different entities, but
have a close business relationship. Fusion Beauty may disclose your personal information
to Sephora in order to enable Fusion Beauty to provide you with the best possible
shopping experience and provide you with information regarding its products and
services. Sephora has agreed with Fusion Beauty to protect the privacy of your personal
information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. If at any time you

(v) Disclosure in Business Transfers - Fusion Beauty may be involved in the sale
